Very nice day trip. If visiting during a birthday week, register ahead of time and the birthday celebrant gets in free and additional guests are half price. Check their website for details.

The sites are beautiful but it rains a lot so bring waterproof camera, comfy shoes, poncho, and a sweater. We went with Assist tours and our tour guild Olman Acre was great and very informative.

Go early because tour busses get there around 10 so it gets packed. And you can stay for lunch. Also stop on the way there and get some strawberries with chocolate or dulce de Leche. They are so good!

Incredible. Expensive ($45 per person) but you get to see all the basics of Costa Rica in one day. Very well laid out and maintained.
